Chief Operations Officer

Dr. Rachel Fashano is a former chiropractor and healthcare executive who spent years in full-time clinical practice before transitioning into leadership as Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest chiropractic organizations in Western New York. In that role, she oversaw the growth and performance of a high-volume practice, developing and implementing proven strategies across billing, collections, and insurance arbitration, while leading teams and optimizing operational systems.

After reaching a pivotal point in her own career, Rachel made the decision to step away from clinical practice and formal executive leadership to found Aurora Integrative Solutions—a firm dedicated to providing business, administrative, and leadership support to healthcare organizations.

Through AIS, Rachel works closely with practices to strengthen financial performance, streamline operations, and build sustainable internal systems, with a particular emphasis on billing accuracy, collections optimization, and effective arbitration processes. Her approach is both strategic and hands-on, grounded in real-world experience and designed to produce measurable results.

In addition to her operational expertise, Rachel incorporates a broader strategic lens around timing, cycles, and decision-making utilizing Hellenistic Astrology—supporting leaders not only in execution, but in navigating growth, transition, and long-term direction with greater clarity.
